This was my first time having a real Reiki session where I felt an actual difference before vs after. I couldn’t believe the energy that was flowing through me during the session. I went into it not knowing what to expect. Emiliana was so kind, gentle and very thorough with explaining - she made the session feel more like a ritual. It was a beautiful experience. I definitely felt things physically - I felt reiki energy flow through me. When she was done with my gut, I felt my stomach digesting so I knew she created movement and energy there. Especially my knees, I have been suffering with joint pain in my knees and after she worked on them, I felt a cooling minty sensation on my knees, and it felt very healing. I tried to pay attention and focus on how my knees felt the next day, and they were still pain free and inflammation free, I couldn’t believe it! I had a lot of energy blockages - Emiliana made sure to take care of them. I feel so great and so energetic and pain-free it was a great session. Super grateful to the beautiful Emiliana for this life changing experience, I definitely will be back for more.
